Wow! I didn't expect such interest for my most recent pattern; the "Lacy, Lazy Boyfriend".

THANKS to all of you sending questions, comments, hearts... I appreciate it so much!!!!

Now I shall go "back to work" trying to figure out new, interesting patterns. I've got so many ideas - I hardly know where to start. I would like to work a nice shawl. I have started making gorgeous, intricately patterned mittens. (To replace a pair that disappeared last weekend...) I have a belted cardigan using the BEAUTIFUL alpaca from Artisano on my mind... But where do I start? And when do I finish? Time will tell....

Hello everyone! I'm Anne, a Norwegian "girl" by birth and heart, living in Sweden since ages ago. I'm a romantic and naive person that could easily live in a forest knitting all day from morning to evening. Life's got a hold on me though, I work part-time, live in a suburban area, and need to do lots of boring stuff apart from knitting. Life has changed a bit for me recently as I used to live in a beautiful, old house in the tiniest village in the countryside, and now find myself surrounded by lots of people everywhere I go. I miss my countryside-life; but there are advantages by living in a modern house - I do not have to spend much time on household or gardening - and that gives me the possibilities of knitting more - and even the time needed to write down my patterns. I have knitted since childhood, immensly inspired by my 2 grandmothers; one that stood for her fantastic skill in all handicrafts, the other stood for quality and taste. My mother was about the most creative person I have ever known - she worked in all fields of handicraft except for pottery. I love color, fashion, design, knitting.
